We had a high set of demands when we were on the lookout for the perfect album company, so how did Folio Albums manage to tick all our boxes and make us fall in love with their albums?
The first things on our wish list were beautiful archival quality papers and inks made to last a lifetime. Folio’s matt papers from sustainable sources are just what we were looking for and their colours have a vibrancy and clarity that simply jump off the page.
Next, we wanted the ‘experience’ of looking through the albums to be fabulous, so a lay-flat style allowing the pages to be fully opened was essential.
Finally, we were after a handmade album with a contemporary design and colour range. Folio have a wonderful selection of colours to choose from including a soft jade and a rich plum. We love their attention to detail and how each album comes beautifully presented in a fabric slip case.
