We suggest you aim to be completely ready a minimum of 45 minutes prior to your departure time as getting ready often takes longer than expected and it is good to have at least 15 minutes to take photos of the bride once she is ready before the photographer leaves for the ceremony location. Please note: lace up and button dresses can often take over half an hour to do up.

e.g.Full English breakfast at home about 8am followed by wet shave at local barbers at 9.30am. Return to house to dress then off to the White Lion Pub opposite the church for a quick drink at 12 o'clock before the ceremony.

We recommend that the bridesmaids walk up the aisle before the bride but to make sure they get to the front before the bride enters so that it is clear for the groom to see the bride walk towards him.

We suggest allowing at least 15 minutes for this to avoid running late

If you want confetti it is best to plan it into your day or your guests won't know when to throw it. A confetti archway is a good way to get some lovely shots.

Whilst it is often easier to take group photographs directly after the ceremony they can also be taken at the reception venue. If you are unsure we are happy to chat with you about which would work best for your wedding.

To help speed up your group shots it is really useful to have an someone to help us identify and organise people for each photograph. It helps if they are confident, reliable and well organised. This could be one of your ushers or a bridesmaid.

Please take the following into consideration: SMALL GROUPS (1-8 people) take 5 minutes MEDIUM GROUPS (9-15 people) take 7 minutes LARGE GROUPS (15+ people) take 15 minutes Total's include the bride and groom

This is your time to get some great photos of the two of you. We recommend 45 - 60 minutes to allow for relaxed, natural looking photos

Please note we need a minimum of 15 minutes before the meal if you want photographs of the empty room, place settings and cake

Please remember these generally take about 45 minutes and need to be planned into your time table. An alternative is to spend the time mingling with your guests and /or to visit each table during the wedding breakfast.

Please tell us this if your reception venue is different from your ceremony venue

e.g. The same as the guests, a vendor meal, a bar tab. Please note: we use the time during the meal to back up memory cards and check equipment so don't have time to leave the venue which is why we request a meal. If you provide a tab we will be ordering a main meal and a soft drink.
